Biography: <p>Lauren Sillaman, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2011. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Lauren has been a registered nurse since 2011. She brings her nursing experience in heart and vascular and cardiac rehabilitation to her career as a family nurse practitioner.</p>

Pregnancy and birth are very special events in the lives of women. I believe that this experience is unique for each woman. I see my role as supportive of the woman and her family, understanding that ultimately the experience of pregnancy and birth belongs to them. Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Sinclair Community College. Audrey is certified as a nurse practitioner.</p>

Biography: <p>Michele Josefovsky, FNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012, both from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, OH in 2009.<br> Michele is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Biography: <p>Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. She is looking forward to taking care of women in the area and is passionate about providing health care to all generations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. </p>

Dr. Palmisano is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.</p>

Biography: <p>In 2005, Ruby Shrestha, MD received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She completed her OB/GYN residency in 2009 at Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania, where she served as chief resident.</p>

Biography: <p>Katherine Lin, MD is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn). She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a member of the American Medical Association, a member of the Greene County Medical Society, a member of the Montgomery Medical Society, and a member of the AAGL Advancing Minimally Invasive Gynecology Worldwide.</p> <p>Dr. Lin received her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). With the goal of pursuing biomedical engineering research, she completed her Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and her Doctor of Medicine degree at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as part of the Medical Scholars Program. With the realization that she most enjoyed providing direct medical and surgical care and helping bring new life into the world, she went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Wright State University Residency Program at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH.</p> <p>Dr. Lin has been seeing patients since 2001 at her private practice in Xenia. She has privileges at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital South in Centerville. She is a Clinical Professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine working as a mentor to medical students and Ob/Gyn resident physicians at Miami Valley Hospital.</p> <p>Dr. Lin and Dr. Keith A. Watson were one of the first gynecologists in the Dayton&nbsp;area to offer minimally invasive surgery using the da Vinci surgical system. This expertise allows Dr. Lin to safely accomplish highly complicated surgery, shorten hospital stays to one day, and improve the health of her patients. Not only do her patients benefit from her expertise, but Dr. Lin teaches the da Vinci robotic surgery technique to residents at Miami Valley Hospital.</p> <p>Dr. Lin&#39;s primary goal is to provide the best medical care. Biography: <p>Melissa Burkhardt, CNM, MSN earned a BS in Nursing at Wright State University, as well as a certificate in Midwifery and a Master's Degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. "Missy" has worked in labor and delivery since 2005, and joined our practice in 2011. Biography: <p>Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.</p>

Biography: <p>Radha Reddy, MD graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Magee Women's Hospital, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reddy is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has special interests in the treatment of cervical dysplasia, adolescent gynecology, high-risk pregnancy care and menopausal care.<br> Dr. Reddy is a Certified Menopause Practitioner by the North American Menopause Society. This certification means that Dr. Reddy has an intricate understanding of menopause medicine which allows her to care for women more comprehensively as they transition in the stages of menopause.</p>

Biography: <p>Kevin Edwards, MD is a graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. He completed multiple OB/GYN residencies at Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C, Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME and Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN in addition to a preventative medicine residency at University Hospital in Cleveland, OH.</p>

He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology/general surgery at Wright State University/Wright Patterson Air Force Medical Center. Dr. Reid completed a fellowship in oncology at the University of Michigan. He is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and gynecologic oncology.</p>

Biography: <p>Brent Imbody, MD graduated from Wright State University, School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and performed his residency at Michigan State University. He holds current memberships with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Ohio State Medical Association and Montgomery County Medical Society. Dr. Imbody is an Associate Clinical Instructor and a lecturer at Wright State University. He formerly served as Chairman of the Miami Valley Hospital Ob/Gyn Department.<br> Dr. Imbody has been in private practice since 1992. He has specialized training in endometrial ablations, and is also experienced in minimally invasive hysteroscopic sterilization, intrauterine devices and minimally invasive hysterectomies. Dr. Imbody also specializes in hormone replacement therapy as well as bio-identical hormones.</p>

Biography: <p>Pamela M. Madden, CNM earned a midwifery certificate in 1999 from the Institute of Midwifery, Women and Health in Philadelphia. The following year, she earned her master's degree in midwifery from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.</p>

Biography: <p>Michelle Durrant, MD is  Board Certified by The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Durrant is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following graduation from residency she practiced in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the last three years.  She returned home to the Dayton area to be closer to family and friends.</p>

Biography: <p>Elyse Weber, PA graduated from Kettering College in 2014 with her Masters of Physician Assistant studies.  Elyse received her Bachelor of Health and Sports Science in Exercise Physiology form the University of Dayton in 2011.</p>

Care Philosophy: I am a christian and God is center in my life. I practice midwifery with the same principals I use to live my life. I have a call on my life to help women through each stage in their life from adolescence to menopause. I especially enjoy working with families during pregnancy and childbirth, and helping to make their experience as positive and memorable as possible.
